Chef Craig Masuda, Executive Chef of Hoaloha Ne Eha Catering (along with Old Lahaina Luau, Aloha Mixed Plate and the newly opened Star Noodle) is known for his skillful creations featuring island-grown produce, sustainable seafood and locally raised all-natural, grass-fed beef. For this special one-time-only cruise, Chef Masuda will be preparing Maui Cattle Co. Top Sirloin with Hamakua Mushroom Jus, Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi with Ginger Lime Cream and  Island-Style Mahi Mahi with Hot Peanut Oil, Maui grown cilantro, ginger, garlic and Hamakua Mushrooms. Side dishes include Island Greens with Ono Ceviche, Upcountry Garden Vegetable Pilaf, Vegetable Maui Medley and Pineapple Taro Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce.
