Adventure, field trips, scientific investigation, art, fun, discovery and ocean advocacy will all be part of the program for campers at Pacific Whale Foundation's Ocean Camp this summer. The Summer Session takes place from May 28to July 26 and is open to children entering grades K - 5. 


In honor of Earth Day, Pacific Whale Foundation will be hosting a free workshop on "Sustainable Living in Changing Times" on Thursday, April 18 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at Pacific Whale Foundation's Discovery Center in Ma'alaea. The public is invited.


Make it a relaxing and fun Maui Easter morning by embarking on Pacific Whale Foundation's annual Easter Brunch Cruise on Sunday, March 31. 


Tickets are now on sale for a four-course, wine-paired dinner with Greg Kaufman, Pacific Whale Foundation's President and Founder, on Friday, March 22. The dinner is a benefit for Pacific Whale Foundation's humpback whale research in Hawaii. It will be served in the warm and intimate dining room of Porto, Pacific Whale Foundation's Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located at the Ma'alaea Harbor Shops. The event is limited to just 30 guests. 


Children in grades K through 5 are invited to get an up close and hands-on look at Hawaii's beautiful corals during the spring session of Pacific Whale Foundation Ocean Camp from March 18 to March 22.


Pacific Whale Foundation has been awarded an $85,000 grant from the Australian Marine Mammal Centre Grants Program to develop "Whale Tale," an online platform to crowdsource the matching of Australian humpback whales using fluke identification photographs.


About 300 elementary school students gathered at Kalama Park in Kihei on Friday, February 15 for a day of outdoor environmental education as part of Pacific Whale Foundation's 4th Annual Keiki E.C.O. (Educating Children Outdoors) Day. 


Over 100 volunteers worked with Pacific Whale Foundation researchers today to record 1,126 humpback whale sightings during the annual Great Whale Count off Maui.
