The winter session of Pacific Whale Foundation's Ocean Camp begins with two days (December 26 and 27) devoted to the theme of "Leaping Large Mammals of Hawaii," and includes a field trip toMaui Ocean Center and a visit to Ulua Beach. During the following week, December 30 to January 30, we will explore "Protecting Wild Whales" with a program that includes a whalewatch, a visit to Waihee Refuge, a field trip to Kamaole Beach Park, a surfing lesson and more, plus art, games, scientific exploration and fun.  Ocean Camp is for children in grades K-5 and is led by the marine education team from Pacific Whale Foundation. Camp hours are from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You can enroll your child for individual or multiple days, Monday through Friday. Register early for best rates; plus this popular camp fills up quickly!
