Pacific Whale Foundation's Making Waves Lecture Series is hosting a free public forum to discuss “The Role of Volunteer Citizen Science in Protecting Hawaii’s Aquatic Resources” on Thursday, May 15 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. The featured speaker is Dr. Carl Berg, a research scientist and ecologist who has been working on water quality issues in Hawaii for over 20 years. Dr. Berg specializes in coral reef research, watershed management and global climate change issues.  Admission is free and reservations are not required.
